Limit the Bare-Feet

Second, going bare-footed exposes your feet to dangers such as rusty nails, broken glass, and other sharp objects. Not only can those things injure your feet, they can also increase your risk of infection. To protect your feet, you should wear shoes outside as much as possible. Change Your Shoes

When it comes to protecting your feet during the summer, shoes make all the difference. However, don't just toss on any pair of shoes. The type of shoe should be considered.
